Copy of ID (CIS / passport of company owner or UBO)

KYC (Know Your Customer) form

Recent bank statement or proof of funds

2. Monetization of Assets or Financial Instruments

If you wish to convert a financial or physical asset (SBLC, BG, MTN, precious stones, etc.) into liquid capital:
Required documents:

LOI describing the asset to be monetized and the expected value

Proof of ownership (certificate, invoice, or contract)

CIS and KYC documents

Proof of deposit (SKR, bank certificate, etc.)

All monetization procedures are verified, audited, and processed only after validation of the asset. LTV ratios, timelines, and terms are shared before signing.

3. Private Placement Programs (PPP)

For investors seeking access to high-level trading platforms:
Required documents:

LOI expressing interest and investment capacity

Proof of funds (bank statement, RWA, BCL, or recent bank screenshot)

CIS and KYC

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) signed prior to any introduction

Certain programs may require an entry ticket. Each trading platform will disclose associated risks, expected returns, and specific conditions before any engagement.

4. Purchase or Lease of Financial Instruments (SBLC / BG / MTN / Bank Draft)

If you wish to obtain a financial instrument as a guarantee or for a specific transaction:
Required documents:

LOI specifying your request (purchase or lease)

CIS and KYC

Proof of funds (bank certificate, statement, or copy of screen balance)

IFCI can also issue asset-backed SBLCs, secured by tangible assets such as precious stones or metals. Upon maturity, SBLCs are either reimbursed or cancelled in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

5. Asset Securitization

For clients who wish to transform physical or financial assets into negotiable securities through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV):
Required documents:

Detailed description and valuation of the assets to be securitized

Business plan or financial study

CIS and KYC of the asset owner

Ownership proof and authorization from the holding entity

Securitization allows you to raise funds through your tangible assets. IFCI supports the full process: SPV registration, ISIN application, and coordination with legal and auditing partners.

6. Real Estate Development & Investment Projects

For real estate projects (construction, renovation, or promotion):
Required documents:

Full project presentation (plans, cost analysis, profitability)

Title deeds or purchase agreement

CIS and KYC of the promoter or company
